Mod Found on the Nexus, City-Killer Possibility?

One of the major problems with any City-Killer mod was the reloading animations as no bullpup-style animations were in the game. I was wondering if it would be possible to make one using this mod that adds said animation to the game.

I'd do it myself but my modeling skills are next to nil.

There are several mod compilations which use this animation with weapons such as the city-killer. Unfortunatly all City-Killer weapons I have seen modded into the game have horrifyingly low texture quality.

It's not like there are many of them anyway (I just know the one that I made for Fallout 3).

But the main problem isn't the reloading, it's the hand holding / idle animation. Also the gun looks bad on the back of the character- almost as if it's floating on his shoulder and not on his back.

The last two are the reason for why I never finished my better looking version of the gun-- regardless of how good the gun model looks, it will always be shitty in players hands and on his back.
