Look, Ma! Two Heads!
Alright, here's the new character:
Name: Lupo Aquila
Age: 21
Hairstyle: Waster
Hair Colour: Blonde
Eye Colour: Green
Nationality: Italian, migrated to the Mojave
Gender: Male
Race: Caucasian
Attributes: Seems to excel at charisma even though he's a natural quiet guy, he's agile and has a real good perception. He isn't real strong but moves fast and uses a silver tongue for verbal situations. Speaks fluent english and speaks very few italian words.
Personality: quiet and focused, despite knowing the perfect words for dialogue. Not cocky, relaxed and doesn't like to mess around but sometimes tries attempts at humour to liven the atmosphere.
Attire: wears ranger combat armour dyed fully black with tints of green.
Weapons: A barret 50. Cal (anti-material rifel)

Backstory: not much is known except he migrated from Italy at a very young age and enlisted into the NCR and made it to veteran ranger after only 5 years. He then decided to quit and became a free lance mercenary, drifting from place to place taking on various missions until he stopped at the strip, staring at the big neon signs and moved on. His parents are vaguely known, and his father was executed by Legionaries after arriving at the Mojave. His mother's status is unkown.

Since the action is happening in Arizona, mind if I join in?
All the RPs I have been in use Eric Chang. Think of him as many different alternate versions.
Anyways, I was thinking of bringing in a new faction to Arizona, the NAC (New Arizona Commonwealth). Made up of guys primary from Ft. Huachuca and Luke AFB, all personnel that were on leave or in a bunker, or however the heck we all survived. Let me know if your interested.
