Molded T51b helmet and Chest

Thought I'd post this here for folks that don't visit 405th.com or therpf.com.

I've been working on my T-51b for awhile (Saw some folks here using my helmet file to build their own too ). I now have the helmet molded and will be doing a limited run. So if anybody wants to get one or has some neat Fallout props they might want to trade then give me a holler. Only a handful of these will be made and the very last one is going to Bethesda.

Chest is also molded and the rest of the suit should be done by Halloween.


Raw Cast Pics. This is the beat-to-hell 2277 version not the "new" 2077 version. Might do one of those down the road though. Hope you guys like it!

Not bad at all, in fact it's great. Just I hope you won't model it in the manner in which the PA is presented in FalloutNOT3 but in the original fallout style. Headlamp is cool

Thanks for the nice comments guys. I painted up my first cast yesterday and thought I'd share it with you guys. It's in F3 Outcast colors with F3 respirator intakes and a custom rangefinder. Hope you like it!

Thanks for the comments everyone. I love when folks with great sense of Fallout history weigh in on my work.

The classic silver is definitely the best but the number one comment I get on the other places I post is "Outcasts are the coolest. You should paint one like that." This was painted special for a friend. You can rest assured though that the real suit will be classic F1 BoS.

And yeah, I'm a geologist most of the time. Guess my books gave me away.

Looks like a good spelunking helmet, except for the restricted visibility. Maybe replace the headlamp with an infrared camera and mount the display inside. Or use a visible-light camera, add a watertight seal around the neck and go scuba diving in style.
