More building levels at once

You should be able to fight on more building levels at once. I mean you could fire from first floor to the second and you should be able to shot every square on every level.You might even damage the architekture causing some parts to collapse. It would look very funny when you blast a huge hole in the floor and look the guys falling 20 feet down and hurting themselves. Ofcourse some parts like stairs should not be destructable so you still can reach all areas that are important for the game.
All the guys who played "X-COM Apocalyspe" know what I mean.
 
why? if you destroy stairs, then you should have a NPC who would "give you a push" so you can climb to the next floor. so, any lone gunmans who hate NPCs? :-) just a weird idea, that's it

oh yes, and how about clicming at the top of the roofs? snipers could get a roof bonus to hit

An actual sniper mode would be pretty sweet!

Cuz in fallout 1 and 2, you just stood and shot...
And the range want even realistic...

And as for destructable environments...
That would be sweet.
But only if there was some c4 w/ a realistic explosion size and damage.

I'm tired of 2 pounds of c4 not blowing up somebody!

2 pounds of c4 would vaporize someone! LOL!
