There has surfaced some more Van Buren/Fallout 3 concept art images, grab a looksie at these:<center>

Yeah, I'm not digging the chariot either, but the "dome suit" I'm assuming it's a space suit, is unbelievable. That is exactly what one of them would look like.


BTW, the vault car is made by Faukin' motors. Heh. Kinda funny, but that's more of a Grand Theft Auto type of play on words.
 
The Chariot wasn`t in the game, but it shows a member of a new group that would be very important in BIS Fallout4, it had some brief appearances in FO3. Sawyer loves the Roman times doesn`t he? :)

Cool stuff for those that like retro-futuristic and post-apoc art.

Actually the Dome Suit was for a location that had a huge dome, I believe it was called Boulder (Dome). I can't recall the purpose, but I believe it was a nuclear plant or something similar.
 
The art is good and the dome suit looks nice, but it seems strange that it's getting parcelled out like this. Are we still going to be getting new concept art on the tenth anniversary of FO3's death? Just wondering why it isn't all getting passed on to the fans now. Seems pointless to hold it back. Is there a reason for it?

I''m surprised to hear they were planning for a FO4 when they couldn't even get FO3 out the door.
 
I can only imagine the storylines and dialogue that would go with the people who rode those AutomoChariot's.

What's with the discontent, be happy to see some stuff. I'd still post some never seen concept art images from Fallout if I got ahold of some, we post what we get.

It isn't you or you posting the art I am annoyed at Odin. I'm not unhappy to see some good art, I think there should be more given out, it isn't like this stuff is hot off the artist's pad. What I am trying to say is that they (whoever is holding on to all this) should give all the art they have lying around and are holding back so you can post it. It is stupid to pass out a tiny dribble of images once in a blue moon now that the project has been buried for ages. It's a kick in the teeth to the fans.

Uh, no. The old FO3 is dead, they are not making new art for it so they are holding it back. They must have had these images when the last ones were passed out and decided not to give them to you for whatever reason.

the group was called Caesar's Legion, iirc
 
By the way, I believe the Vault Car says Falikin Motors, not Faukin Motors. I just noticed that dot where an "I" would be.

Kumquat... i was always curious how you were in the know here... you've known a lot since the game started but I don't reckon you as one of the chief mods of this site... how'd you get so in the in?

I like the dome suit, the chariot looks cool though it seems a little too far a stretch for reality. Sigh, and the thought of a Fallout 4 just waters me all nice inside, just like 3 :).
 
The existance of Caesar's Legion has been known for quite awhile on the boards. I remembered they were called the Legion, but I couldn't remember if their leader was Caesar or not.
