Ms Punk Girl, a new playable character.

Man I can't believe you guy's are still doing this, i remember doing a couple of frm's for the bald dude and it was boring as hell. Can't anybody 3d model, I'm sure there's some talented modders out there that could help you guys out and make this a whole lot easier.

I find this confusing as well. Not only 3d modeling would be faster in the end, but it's actually a useful skill to train. Beats mind-numbing pixel hunting for sure.

I've never seen a 3d model that would look good enough to really fit into vanilla/RP fallout. But thats just my preference, I don't mean to insult any 3d modeler here.

Anyway, update for metal armor animations, 32 FRMs were edited, adjusting skin color between animations, fixing offset and head position errors.
Same thing has to be done for leather armor.

Well, the vanilla sprites are generated from 3d models, aren't they?
I also don't mean to diminish anybody's work. I tinkered with frms a little, too. But that was small scale. If I needed a full set, I'd definitely go for 3d.

If you generate them properly - split 3d model animation into bmp pictures, run them through fallout palette etc., sure. I messed with 3d model of G11 rifle, editing it to original fallout rifle animation.
I had a problem with 3d models on some fonline servers where they'd put raw 3d animations into game and they just looked out of place.

When I offered to help with punk girl animations, it was already past point where its better to just finish it than start anew. Animations are almost done, only some jumpsuit animations are missing + some minor fixes on those already done.

Then I'll guess you haven't seen Lisac's child critter. :>

It was all work in progress and honestly, shortly before we closed 2238, the 3d model tests were awesome. Looked very close to the original, just needed some additional shader to get the right look, and then bam. After 2238 died, nobody kept working on the 3d models, so yeah... Many years of work for nothing. Oh well. :>

The 2238 models had tons of potential the base meshes had all the animation (hero male and female). These are with textures I just put together.

Was there already a download link for the metal armor set? Can't seem to find anything about it.

I am not exactly sure how to read that table correctly. How many animations are remaining?

5 sets from vault suit animations - E, F, K, L and M. Then some minor fixes like offset and skin tone adjustment where it's needed for leather armor, leather jacket and vault suit.
It's almost finished.

O, P, Q, S - lightsaber, scoped rifle, wakizashi. Scoped rifle uses same animations as regular rifle for a female character, if I remember correctly, so that one is already finished.
Wakizashi and 2 variants of lightsaber all use same animation base that only differs in color of the blade, also they are based on already existing animations like night stick, sledgehammer or knife, so it shouldn't be hard to work on those, they will be finished pretty quickly.

Anyway, RP animations will be included. ;)

The work put into these new animations is simply LEGENDARY.
It's not released yet, but I already love this mod.
Thanks for all your hard work, guys.
