I find this confusing as well. Not only 3d modeling would be faster in the end, but it's actually a useful skill to train. Beats mind-numbing pixel hunting for sure.Man I can't believe you guy's are still doing this, i remember doing a couple of frm's for the bald dude and it was boring as hell. Can't anybody 3d model, I'm sure there's some talented modders out there that could help you guys out and make this a whole lot easier.
I've never seen a 3d model that would look good enough to really fit into vanilla/RP fallout. But thats just my preference, I don't mean to insult any 3d modeler here.
Anyway, update for metal armor animations, 32 FRMs were edited, adjusting skin color between animations, fixing offset and head position errors.
Same thing has to be done for leather armor.

I had a problem with 3d models on some fonline servers where they'd put raw 3d animations into game and they just looked out of place.
The work put into these new animations is simply LEGENDARY.5 sets from vault suit animations - E, F, K, L and M. Then some minor fixes like offset and skin tone adjustment where it's needed for leather armor, leather jacket and vault suit.
It's almost finished.
