Mildly Dipped
In Ann Arbor, there are a couple of people I like to place in my "Fallouty universe"
1. Homeless or Professor Guy who hangs out in the DIAG and plays harmonica and washboard. He is either a crazy homeless guy or a tenured professor (I have not asked yet)
He plays all sorts of made up songs which are not all that bad to listen to.
2. Michael Jackson guy... he sets up a boombox playing only michael jackson songs and dances to them hoping to get spare change.
3. Violin playing Werewolf mask guy. He plays the violin wearing a halloween mask.
They are all real and pretty funny to put in games.
4. Shakey Jake is dead now... but not in my games.
