I believe that the standard Helghan armor is actually based upon the Kerberos Panzer Corps from Jin-Roh...

On a second look, there is far too little blood and muscle and flesh to make it look like a fresh wound.

the pic is exelent...but i dont see how its related to Fallout... lets see Droids and Cyborgs are easy to relate... but this is a character from another video game mixed with a movie character... but its still awesome
