My Fan Art: Big Guns

First time out of the vault
Ok, new to the forums as well as to the world of Fallout with Fallout 3. I've gotten really into the universe via the wiki and I'm planning on buying FO1,2 and tactics soon to see what the hype is all about. But anyway, I've been sculpting for a few years and I've recently gotten more serious about it.

I didn't get the collector's edition, so I didn't get the official version, and since my desk at work needed a little flair I decided to make myself a bobblehead. Here's what the Big Guns bobblehead would look like in real life!

I'm toying (get it?) with the idea of making more of them and maybe doing a bit of a garage kit if there's any interest... I'm not sure if I'll see any here given the.... prevailing attitude on these boards about FO3, but it's worth a shot. Let me know what you guys think!

For anyone interested, he's a mix of Super Sculpey, Super Sculpey Firm, Mighty Putty, lots of Super Glue and Acrylic Paints.

Neato. It's not the best depiction of Vault Boy out there (his profile seems a tad off), but it still looks really nice. How big is it?

Also: do make more. And upload the pics to the fan art gallery, please.

Here's a picture for a bit of scale reference. I'm embarrassed to say that I'm not 100% sure of his actual height! I'd say that he's about 5-6" tall including the base.

The head turned out a bit more ovular than I had hoped for, and I eventually gave up trying to round it out. I'm not sure which one to do next, maybe Lockpick or Melee Weapons?

Good shit, man! I want one with a big-ass super-sledge! Maybe you could use the melee weapons skill image as a base?

Here's what I've got so far on the super sledge. Not totally done yet, still got some texturing and hardware bits left to do.

Not really sure whose hands this will end up in. Vault Boy or a Super Mutant maybe?
