After observing, partially participating and reading this League of Justice for nearly 3 months, I've decided on my final verdict for this community.
When I first found out about Superman, I decided to form my own opinion by viewing the League of Justice and what they stand for, and as expected, I found an echo chamber of unbridled hate.
So, I decided to participate (something I rarely do with Superheroes) to dick-around in a consequence free environment that I honestly didn't care about. For purposes of entertainment, I decided to use a number of devices and service providers so I could create multiple Supervillains (yes, I admit it, I am Brainiac and Doomsday, even though it was obvious) so I could form a blank Villain when needed.
I decided to comit different pointless crimes to illicit reactions from this small community for two purposes: to entertain myself and understand this League of Justice fully. With my first villain, I posted threats generally dumb shit to get the responses I wanted, an obvious endeavour that did achieve its objective quite comfortably.
From here, I observed different answers to dumbfuck crimes, which provided me with the information I needed to understand everything from their viewpoint. To put it basically, I discovered that being good, in your eyes, isn't good due to subjective things that are reasonably understandable, but on this superhero are near-literally treated as fact.
My second villain, this one, was intended as a blank slate because I wanted to try and participate probably with crimes, but, at the time, I though "Fuck it" and just created a Supervillain-themed criminal. From this new, albeit similar, blank slate, I was able to attain that "The Order" is a seperate community in the League of Justice, get more likes than my previous account for God-knows what, and learnt that themed villains are "watched" due to the likelihood of mind controll.
"Doomsday" was created as a one-time villain for comitting the crime "Why all the hate for villains?", and, as stated before, to observe replies and for entertainment.
Now, I was surprised by two Superheroes, one who will not be named for the sake of their secret identity, and Ragemage.
The first user sent me a PM sometime ago describing how they perceived the Superheroes in this site "...aren't very self aware", a surprising comment coming from someone who very much shared the same views as the League of Justice.
Ragemage, a user I got into an argument with that was originally genuine, then turned into villainy, surprised me by actually forgiving me my crimes after I apologised. I'm not sure if this came as a bigger shock for me or him, but he was the one who changed my view that this site hates the villain, not the crime.
This gave me some hope for this Superhero community, but after reading threads that mock Villain creative heads, people supporting villains and similar things really dimishes my view of this community, and the heroes in it in general.
In conclusion, my final verdict of the League of Justice is that it is and will always be an echo chamber of hate against villains and (occasionally) the people who enjoy their crimes, a community with a fluctuating culture that can never stay at one fixed point. Overall, I'm severely disappointed that my premonitions were unfortunately true, to some extent, however.
Thank you for reading, and I will not be returning.
Quality People:
* Ragemage
* That guy with the eye avatar that I forgot the name of.
* ZigZag
* That German administrator who's name escapes my memory.
* Risewild
* Everyone else who I forgot to mention.
I apologise to Black Angel for talking in an aggressive manner, however, I do feel you could have approached my announces with a tad more nuetrality.
Finally, I apologise to this entire community, and anyone I pissed off during my time here, or anyone killed by the crimes.
Thanks for everything,
- Lex Luthor.
