Need help with Fallout 2 fonts latino america

hello, could someone give link to french fallout 2? I need the source to translate in my Portuguese language, I downloaded a translation that said it was French but it was a viruz! fuck .. can someone help me? the English language does not contain letters like "Ç Á õ é í" etc.
