yea, I know a single shot minigun is a bit strange and most likely technicaly impossible, but until I think of some else to put there, that will do the job :)

I think the idea of having gas attacks like tear gas (CS), mustard gas or a nerve gas like sarin would be great. IMO gas attacks would be better fit to grenades though, either thrown or in 40mm form.

For a spray gun, a capsicum spray or mace (could blind target) would be more approriate.

For the sprayer.......... I think whatever ammo types it has should be something easily made in the wastes.

Radscorp venom, prehaps ?

Maybe a mutated version of pepper for pepper spray thats milidly acidic as well ? Or at least is hot enough to affect the targets stats.
And mustard gas or other somewhat easier to make blister agents.
 
The green spray gun will just fire that green toxic waste you see everywhere in FO2 :) Ammo should be freely avaible and once the tank/magazine is filled it just needs the pressure to be pumped up to fire.

Okay, what do you guys think of these options for the continiuos fire on the bazooka animation.

I have now added the ‘ML’ suffix for these critters. I’m trying to think of a better option for this weapon than just a blunderbuss, what do you think of these ideas:

1) A High tech nano technology gun that can be set to fire the nanite rockets in a single configuration or in a scatter configuration. This was designed to compensate for the standard missile launchers inability to be used as close range.

2) I heavily modified rocket launcher that has retractable tungsten steel blades in the barrel, when they are retracted the rocket fire like normal, but when they are closed into the barrel they ‘shred’ the warhead (before it has time to arm) and spray the tattered remains over a wide spread. The downside of tearing the warhead to pieces is that it causes less damage, the upside is that you don’t blow yourself up. This gun should have a higher chance of critical failure. Maybe it called be called a ‘Raider’s Rocket Launcher’

Of course we could make a weapon that while it looks like a rocket, it in fact fires a solid (non exoplosive) projectile :twisted: This would help make the big guns skill a bit more usefull as it would give the player the option of one non area effect hard hitting big gun
 
Just have a shoulder fired 20mm cannon or an antimateriel rifle like the Bullpup version of the Barret M82A1, this model is designed to be shoulder fired and fires .50 cal (12.7x99mm) ammunition.

If you really want to include this kind of weapon, you should seriously consider taking another weapon model. This one simply makes no sense.
 
yea, but it will do as a filler for now, I really want one with a big mag poking up the top.

Okay, since this had been bumped up to the top, I'll give a quick update.

Status of new hero attacks as follows:

100% - Male Jumpsuit
100% - Male Leather Jacket
100% - Male Leather Armour
100% - Male Metal Armour
100% - Male Combat Armour

100% - Female Jumpsuit
100% - Female Leather Jacket
90% - Female Leather Armour
90% - Female Metal Armour
100% - Female Combat Armour

100% - Environmental Armour (Fallout Tactics)
100% - Power Armour Mk 1
100% - Power Armour Mk 2

So, I've jsut about finished. I've been out all weekend but I'm home tonight so I shoudl be able to finish off the last two :) Of course I will still need to then check each FRM to make suire they have correct file names and action frame etc...
 
Okay, I jut finished all these last night and emailed them to Odin a little while ago. So Hopefully you guys will find them usefull.

I would like to point out that if you want to include them in a mod that Dude_Obj is working on a pack that contains them as well, so if you dont mind waiting a little bit longer you can get all the proto's etc.. for these as well.

Also if/when I get time the furure versions will include a crossbow and added support for some of the other models
 
Okay I know I'm grave digging a little bit here, but I recently found a few other animations I had been working on. I cant remeber if got these finished or not but if the demand is there I'll try and finish these as well.

I introduce the "Flick X-Box", the bow flicks out from each side of the rifle stock and then luanches the bolt. This is because when you walk around with the rifle the animation doesnt have a bow, so it has to flick out for just this attack.

The attack will use the un-used continious attack from the rifle, which I think sprays out in a wedge shape, so maybe the flick bow fires multibow bolts/arrows at the same time?

Coments welcome :D they might need a little more work yet

 
I forgot about this tread... I shows lots of nice work. hope it get implented in the mod.

About the bolt. would you be able to pick the up again like spears?
Maybe those spikes could be edited to be uses as ammo.

dunno just an idea.
