New Poll

Copied with permission from Duck and Cover's latest poll, it seemed a pretty good question to ask where the Fallout fans would like to see the next episode of the saga take place. Go and vote.

The last poll, "How would you feel if Bethesda would hire Tim, Leonard and Jason of Fallout and Troika fame?", ended unsurprisingly in a huge victory in favour of Bethesda hiring these developers. 3723 people (86%) voted in favour, roughly split 50/50 over fanatically in favour or just in favour. Let's hope Bethesda is watching

Personally, I think it should definitely stay in the US. Europe just didn't have the same 50's feel, let alone Russia or China, as interesting as China might be as a setting.

East Coast has my vote. It's a fresh setting with new possibilities and will offer some great setting possibilities amongst the ruins of Washington especially. It'll be more city-like than the desert-based Fallout 1 and 2, though, that's a definite disadvantage

And what would happen to the super-mutants?

What about the far North of North America?
Alask/Canada region?

The first two dealt with a hot/dry PA environment, whis could be a completely different area, with snowfields and vast forested areas.

You would also get to see the effect of the landwars on the North American continent.

That'd fall under "other" on the poll options...

Hmmm, maybe I should add that, it makes for an interesting option. Especially if you take in the Russian landbridge, as Russia's part in the Fallout universe is still left unexplored...

Thank you.

I'm glad I waited to vote. Not that it matters, but I hate when I vote for something, then the poll changes.
