NMA Diablo 2 Bnet Team Thread

I can play tomorrow morning with ya before noon. After 3-4 PM though I don't know whats going on.
 
I'm in the channel NMA, if I don't respond right away it's because I'm making breakfast.
 
For what it's worth: I'd like to join you guys, but I fear I don't have the time etc ...

Hah, it'd be good to have you. It seems our current strategy is really just announcing times when some of us will be playing and trying to get as many to join. We all try and keep at about the same level/area of the game so that we can play with anybody who comes on.

So even if you don't have much time, it's just a matter of keeping pace (which is pretty leisurely) and joining whenever you see someone on (which you can do a friend lookup in game if you don't see it on here).
 
Ok. I'll keep that in mind.

What level are you guys at presently?

I have some time on my hands this coming week so I might be able to level abit.

I'll probably make a barbarian or an amazone as I only have experience with those classes, but I'll do some research ...

Any classes in particular that would be useful to the team? I can probably learn to play a new class. (and it would be fun trying something new)
 
We're around 18-22 right now, and near the end of Act 2.

We currently have:

2 Sorcies (me and Bofast)
1 Necro (Kyuu I think)
1 Vengeance Paladin (Puppy)
1 Barb (SicBlades)
1 Bow Amazon (Tycn)

So really, anything works. We hardly ever ALL get to play so you're probably safe being whatever you think would be funnest :).

I'm playing right now in a game titled and passworded the usual (NMA and fallout). I'm on my assassin, but I can hop on my necro if anyone wants to start Act 2. I'm also just as happy helping someone get caught up with my assassin.
 
Sorry I couldn't make it today, I had to leave about an hour earlier than I planned. Fortunately I'm gonna get through most of act 2 with a friend of mine, so I can catch up to you guys.

Ok, I'll do some soulsearching to find what would be fun to play and get back to you with the info.

US East? That means you guys are 6 hours after me meaning 18:00 here is 24:00 at your place, right? If so I guess most of you are playing in the evenings and that means I'd have to play during the day/afternoon.

It will complicate things, but we'll see how it goes. :)
 
Daim, A barb would probably be good so that we have a few more melee types. (read: I'm doing lots as the only barb, and would like some help)

By the way I found a few shields that I'm holding for you guys and a rare sorceress orb that looks decent for you Bofast as it has some cold abilities.
 
Ok, Sic - perhaps I will go for a barb then.

Prolly a sword barb.

Will try to max it for party play with warcries etc, max sword skill, and leapattack or WW ...
 
I'm doing Axes so swords would be awesome. I was going to do the mana/life warcry for party and Probably whirlwind to stay close to Sorceress/Necromancers so that they have a meat shield.

I have axe mastery maxed already, I can always do a DMG warcry so that our damage gets amped when we play together. WW or LA I'm not sure about, you take one, I'll take the other :D

We do still manage to bump into each other some. Tcyn's time zone is really bad but we've gotten a game off with him, and Bofast is over there somewhere to. It takes some work but that's why you just let everyone know when you're on, or we just scout out your name on battle.net and if you're on, we'll join ya :)
 
Daimyo, where do you live?

Also; I'll be on at around 4PM-7EST if anyone wants to play :). I'll probably be hunting Andariel several times in hopes to find some gems and loot.
