And then DB will get ALL THE GUNZ with no pesky background checks or DEY VIOLATE MAH RIGHTS guv'mnt. And promptly get gunned down by his new North Korean overlords.

On topic, I wonder if NK will go through with the launch. Imagine a rocket malfunctioning and hitting a military base on the SK/US side.
