the waves smoothly sale against the beach. The sea is calm, the water a lovely yellow green. The tranquility of nature is shown even with the garbage and tires that remain on the beach. Life thrives. A spiked horseshoe crab slowly scuttles around the beach. A few meters away a colony of amphibious shrimp emerge to collect items for their colony. But out of the ocean, something emerges.

A small video screen lights up and fills up the view of the robot. A man's face appears.

"I'm sorry...", the face says.

The view shifts toward a skyward look, and the view is then filled up with water before going static.

The robot, is covered in seaweed, with parts of it showing obvious external damage, rust, and loose wiring. The unit slowly makes it on to its feet, or more specifically its treads. The brainbot seems to be without a head, instead it has a rotable double camera eye. It's body is a perfect horizontal parabola, with arms protruding out of it. It's rolls around for what seems like hours, until a junk collector happens across it.

" Oh boy, oh boy. A repair bot in working order! Gonna get me some bucks for this!" The man appears to be unkempt, and in back of him a team of brahmin are pulling what appears to be junk in the wagon.

The bot waves its arms frantically, and emits a series of beeps.

"I know, I know, you wanna fix something. Don't worry I'll take you back to Shady Capital, some people will pay top dollar for something like this." Without another word the dealer tosses the bot in the back, and begins his journey.

The journey to Shady Capital

was rather an uneventful one. However, everything seen to the bot was recorded and stored for later use. Everything that was capable to be detected by the robot's sensors were also stored in the hard drive. The desert expanded endlessly, and days passed before they reached the outskirts of the Shady Capital. The junk dealer, whose name was Ronny, became excited upon seeing the city. Many caravans of all sizes entered and exited the city. Some had the logos of huge trade companies emblazened on them. A whistle gave a loud shrill call, signaling the arrival of the Trans-NCR railway, completed in 2182. After the necessary check by the city guards, Ronny entered and headed directly for the market, where he picked up a bottle of Rust-rid, some green paint, and a bag of screws. 3 hours later, the bot looked new and polished, its armor banged back into place, and its body having a fresh coat of paint. Ronny put the bot and his other junk on a tarp, officially setting himself up towards the North end of the Southside Market.

RE: The journey to Shady Capital

Hours past, then days, then finally a week. Ronny couldn't get rid of his green colored bot. Nobody was in need of a what-cha-ma-call-it, or a thing-a-ma-jig this month, and the children who viewed the unusual green machine in awe couldn't possibly have enough cash to buy such a thing.

Ronny was getting desparate. Looking around, he spied a lanky man wandering about aimlessly in the marketplace. Despite his small frame, his torso was encased in a flimsy, bullet ridden metal armor, swaying and clanging slightly as he walked. There were grease spots all over his body and face, and atop his slightly balding head perched his scratched up goggles. Then Ronny noticed the darkened wrench he clutched in his left hand.

"Hey, hey! Grease monkey! Come take a look at this!" Ronny called out as he waved the man over.
"What's your name, pal?"

"Fammo."

"Ain't much of a talker, ain't ya? Well, lookie what I got for you today! It's an Ul-tra De-lux, green coated, brand spankin new KILL-bot! And it's goin' cheap too! Only 24,000!"

Fammo scratched his stuppled chin and looked hard at the bot Ronny called his attention to.
"Pfft. I ain't payin' that much for this heap of junk. The systolic motivators are burnt... the processor is probably old, I think I can hear some sand grinding behind the fan, and the paint job is hella ugly. I bet that in another six months, a better, newer model will already be out and this heap of junk will be useless and obsolete."

"Okay, okay, 18,000."

"10,000."

"15,000."

"I ain't got that much money"

"Well then, exactly how much ya got?" Ronny glanced around, looking some telltale sign of cash.

"Look, I'll give you 12,000 for it, two super stims, and all the junk in this bag."

"That ain't good enough, Fammo."

"Okay, okay... look, I'll even give you this holodisk I got from New Reno. I'm sure you'll like it."

"Hmm... Reno, huh? Lemme think about it..." there is a slight glint in Ronny's eye as he glances at the holodisk Fammo pulls out.
"Fammo, you got yourself a deal."

As Fammo pushes his new green bot away from the marketplace, Ronny stuffs his newly acquired goods in a bag.

"Sucker...", both of them snickered...

Want some help?

As fammo is walking off with his new bot behind him a stranger walking behind him accidently bashes him over. "hey sorry mate," says the stranger as he helps Fammo up. "Nice bot you got there," says the stranger "I'm Fang," Fammo notices that the stranger is rather tall and dressed in power armour. His Helmet is off and his vicious looking face is showing. In his a hand he is holding a brotherhood sword covered in freshly drawn blood. "I can't help noticing how that robot has some serious problems...Would you like me to take a look at him (or her), i just need you to come up to the Brotherhood of Steel base in the Den. I'm headed there any way. i got some parts i've benn meaning to use up. i was gonna chuck am as trash, Wanna come?"

RE: Want some help?

Staring up at the big armored stranger, a feeling of intimidation washes over Fammo. Glancing at the bloodied sword, he hastily goes for his biggest wrench with his left hand and grabs the bot's arm with his right.

"Pfft... yeah... like I'm just going to walk hand in hand with a giant armored creep that just killed something and is eyin' my new bot."

Fammo takes a few steps back, never taking his eyes off the big swordsman.

"Hey, now... I didn't..." Fang starts, but quickly stops and turns around when he feels a hand on his shoulder.

"'scuse me, sir, but yer gonna hafta put that away if ya wanna stay here" orders the policeman.

Fammo takes this moment to shove his bot into a nearby alley and both machine and mechanic wind their way through some tall structures, hoping to throw off Fang or at least put some distance between 'em.

Breathing hard as he navigates the bot around a corner, Fammo grumbles to himself.
"Cripes, this thing is heavy..."

In the alley

Fammo pushed the strange bot towards the west side of Shady capital. Going down Fry Boulevard he pushes the bot into the garage of an adobe building. The sign of the building says 'Oslo Transorts'. Fammo takes out a filthy polka dotted rag and wipes his forehead with it. Then, he walks towards an ice chest in the corner of the garage and takes out a NukaCola bottle. He then walks over to the bot, and uses one of its metal protrusions to uncap the bottle. He closes his eyes and takes a deep drink.

"Fammo, why you gotta always freeload? I wouldn't mind if you gave somethin' back, but ya never do!" The voice came from Hobbes, one of the caravan guards. Fammo of course ignored him, and continued to drink. Hobbes seeing how he couldn't convince Fammo on anything walked over to Fammo's recent purchase.

"What's this? What use do we have for a beat up robot?"

"It's gonna take your job." Replied Fammo curtly.

"Oh really? I'd like to see that drekhead."

Fammo finishes the last of the NukaCola and calmly places the empty bottle on a worktable. He then kneels at the back of the robot and unscrews its back. Fammo then slid the panel off and looks at the circuitry inside.

"Ha, I knew it! That dumbass junk dealer thought this was a killbot. From the looks of things its more of a repbot. The circuitry is wired and arranged for repeating tasks. With a few mods I can make it into a defense bot"

Hobbes kneels down to, and looks inside. From his point of view, there seems to be nothing to distinguish this bot from a palm sized digital clock.

"Kid, hand me that box over there" Fammo points to a cardboard box under the worktable.

Hobbes fetches the box for him, and Fammo removes some spare wiring, light bulbs, and tubes. He first yanks out a defective wire and checks the type and conductive material that is used. Fammo then replaces that, and other wires that were damaged. When he is finished, Fammo has installed a used but still functioning systolic motivator, a new fan belt, one 4k ram board, a new heatsink, a lotta rewiring and retubing, a DROS sub-processor, brand new fusion cells, and a neat PIPboy logo on the robot's front.

"Still can't find replacement parts for the NN board, R-SAC unit, or speech output module F7Y. This i'll have to do." Hobbes, still not sure what is going on, steps back at Fammo's request as he switches on the robot for the first time.

How did you get there?

As the robot switches on the large power-armoured creature known as Fang appears suddenly behind Fammo. "Hey little Fammo," he says
"How do you know my name and how did you get there?" Fammo demands.
I've benn here for ages," Fang says "thanks to a little stelth boy MKII of mine." Fang takes a seat in a corner and draws a brotherhood rations packet. He opens it and draws out a rather large chunk of meat. It looks quite appealing.
"Anys ways" Fang says "I's can tell you exactly what happened, See i stabbed some slave pen owner, See i'm looking for my guy Flame and he'd already sold him on and he insulted him so i ended the vermin with a nice little cut in his stomach, Anyway will you please let me take that robot and give it a clean up"
"Why are you so interested in it?" Fammo asks
"Maybe there is one modern thing in it i want. its a database chip on the Enclave it's not coming out and i the robot won't lay it or download it until it works properly so i need the dat on the system. I'll do it for free if you let me have the data?"

OOC: if you want evidence on this guy check out a journey to NCR which describes briefly his actions.

Fammo's eyes widen a bit

[font size=1" color="#FF0000]LAST EDITED ON Oct-12-00 AT 11:54PM (GMT)[p]"No wonder why you look familiar. Ya, I heard of what you did to that slaver. You killed him and his whole family in cold blood. Then you gutted his corpse with that bloody blade and spat on his dead body. For no reason at'all."

Fammo began backing away out of fear, Hobbes hearing Fammo's words drew his combat shotgun, preparing for the worst. A police officer across the street had been eyeing the group in the garage, ever since he saw Fang uncloak. Seeing the two smaller men get nervous, the officer decided it was time to intervene, and told his partner to follow.

"Now, what's going on here? Is something a matter?"

"He-he's trying to kill us!" bursts out Fammo.

Fang stood up, looking at the officers " See, I didn't do anything. I was just-"

The officer cuts him off, seeing the heavy weaponry that Fammo is carrying "We're sorry, but we're gonna have to take you down to the station, get a few things cleared up."

Fang had an expression of 'not again' on his face. With a quick motion of his hands Fang completely disappeared under the Stealth Boy MKII.

"God-damn-it! seal the garage!" the officer told his partner. The officer with the combat armor listened to his senior as he pulled down the garage door.

"Are you crazy, you see his weapons, he'll kill us and step out!" yelled Fammo.

"That tin man 'll get kicked out of his little tin club if he tries anything in NCR" replied the senior officer calmly.

Suddenly Fammo's bot began emitting a buzzing sound. The group looking in that direction sees the bot shooting electricity out. Suddenly, Fang materializes, or rather his upper half anyway.

"Okay, I give up, stupid bot had a EMP!" says Fang. His armor failed to respond to his commands, at the same time the Stealth Boy's MKII FS-4 generator bought the farm.

The two officers, with the help of 3 more patrolmen manage to drag Fang to the station, still a statue due to the EMP.

As the officer's were gone, the boss of the caravan Zhong, steps in from the side door.

Zhong glances about before he speaks in his deep voice

"Alright kiddies, pack yer bags 'cause this caravan's headed to Vault City." Zhong announces. "Now where are the others, what's that smell... and what the hell is that thing?" Zhong points to Fammo's bot, which is now rotating about incoherently, emitting bleeps at unusual intervals.

"The others are probably getting boozed up at the bar again. That weird smell is probably some fried circutry, and this thing here... well, that's our new guardbot" answers Fammo.

"Izzat so?" Zhong rubs his calloused hand over his cleanly shaven head. "What's it do?"

"A lot more than Hobbes did today. If we didn't have this bot here, that big armored thug would have killed us for sure."

"H-hey! I coulda taken him on! If he didn't use that inviso-thingy, I woulda blasted his ugly head off!" Hobbes says defensively.

"Pfft, sure kid" replies Fammo. "Anyways, there's this big thug followin' me around and he's got some kinda cloakin device. Lucky for us, my new bot here nailed 'em with EMP and the cops dragged his sorry ass off. With a few more tweaks, I'm bettin' I could set this bot for 'beat ass action' and we wouldn't need guards like Hobbes no more."

"Sheeyah, right, drekhead. That bot doesn't even know how to shoot anything but that PEM or whatever. You're gunna be sorry if you rely on THAT thing to protect our caravan!" Hobbes points and glances to the bot which seems to be looking right back at him, still making it's inscrutable bleeps.

"Well now, I don't think we'll ever be able to replace good ol' Hobbes here," Hobbes relaxes a bit as Zhong says this, "but I guess having more guards is better, so it couldn't hurt to try out that bot there since it doesn't take any pay... uh, it doesn't ask for money, does it?"

"It doesn't, but I sure do. This bot here costs about the same as five freakin cattle drives. I'm almost broke and I need a raise. With the money you'll save replacing guards with this bot here, I think I'm entitled to a raise, right?"

Zhong rubs his head again. "We'll see, Fammo, we'll see. C'mon, let's round up the others and pack up. We leave early tomarrow morning."

RE: Zhong glances about before he speaks in his deep voice

A man in a leather jacket walks up to them.
"Sorry, I need work and I heard you do caravans. Any open spots?"

Zhong strokes his short beard

his Asian face gives a hard look at Wayne. He then walks over to a table and pulls out a clipboard.

"Okay, what is your name, and birthdate. Also, what weapons and such are you good with. Finally, do you have anything against Muties or zombies (ghouls) ?"

Zhong waits patiently for the stranger in the jacket to answer.

Introduction

"Wayne's my name, nothing more. Born somewhere in October '48. (OOC: Let's say this year is 2180) You may think I'm old, but I'm sure as hell more professional than some of the people you have in your crew." he says, and makes a barely noticeable nod towards Hobbes. "I can handle any gun, save perhaps miniguns. I can hit a rat at 500 yards with my assault rifle. And...

Wayne's mind races to figure out what answer the Asian man wants for the last question. Finally, he realizes that since the guy called mutants "muties", he probably isn't on such a good foot with them. But Wayne decides to play safe anyway.

"And on the last question, well, (snicker) I don't have any objections to killing them, if that's what you mean. I won't take much, standard pay's 500 bucks. That can vary depending on route length and risk involoved."

Wayne waits for the man to make his decision.

RE: Introduction

Down in the station Fang is in a bit of trouble. they've locked him in a cell and all his possesions are in the lockers out side including his power armour. he's wearing his undercover leather jacket and is looking prettly bored. Finnaly he notices there's a small slit like a mindow to let light into the cell. He sees a cop outside all on his own. He draws his small necklace which was not confiscated from him and he puts it round the neck of the cop. He pulls it back and cop faints but stays upright as Fang is holding him up with the chain. He pulls the cops head closer and then tries to use a small concealed hook to get the key chain. he pulls it up as well as the cops Pancor Jackhammer (Am i right here i'm not too good on weapon names) fang emerges from the cell and puts the two fuards to rest. he takes his stuff and is quickly under cloak.

he rushes over to the caravan place and gos in to the building. He gets a screw driver and stabs the Bots EMP and then walks inot hte centre of the room. He is completly undr cloak and does not intend to decloak himself. "Hey Wayne is that you," Fang says suprised at himself that he could be so foolish as to talk. Everyone turns towards him and he quickly slips behind them

Wayne-Fang is that you?
Fammo-You know that thug?
Wayne-yeah sure i thin...
Fammo-he your friend?
Wayne-i suppose you could say that

Fang-Yeah i've meet him before*Draws sword*you're gonna die *Fang raise the sword in front of Fammo* No i can't, it wouldn't be fair. Anyway i'll help you with that robot i'll go on your caravan for free as long as i get that data. the deals still open come on i really need it?

RE: Introduction

OOC:
Okay, that last post was just total bullshit.

1) Using a necklace, Fang manages to strangle a guard through a small looking window. Just how in the hell is that possible? That type of window isn't even big enough to fit your hand through, yet Fang has enough control to somehow get a necklace around a guard's neck and strangle him. Then, Fang use a hook to somehow grab the guard's keys. Once again, the window is most likely not large enough for a big man like Fang to cram his hand through, then angle the hook down to the guard's belt and pick up the keys... AND a pancor Jackhammer. Just how the hell does Fang fit a gun through that small window, despite the fact that he's STILL holding up the guard (blocking the window, since the guard is held by strangling necklace). Hell, Fang probably couldn't even fit the ring of keys through if the guard was still in front of the window.

2) Fang open the door from the inside using the keys. I may be wrong here, but jail doors which have no opening other than the looking window most likely do not have a keyhole on the other side.

3) Fang kills two guards as he comes out of the cell. Brotherhood of Steel and NCR are rather close... it is unlikely that Fang, a Brotherhood of Steel member would kill a guard. Heck, it's unlikely for a Brotherhood member to go around killing people needlessly. Now Fang's a wanted man in NCR... probably in other places too, but that doesn't apply in this thread yet. That'll teach him to senselessly kill without thinking of the consequences. A better solution would be to have another Brotherhood member bail him out or something along that line...

4) Fang open the locker, take out the power armor and cloaks with the Stealth Boy. Those two items were previously EMPed. When something is EMPed, their circutry gets fried and they're pretty much useless. Unless Fang has good knowledge of electronics and some spare wires to repair his equipment, it is unlikely that he will get it working again. I'm guessing power armor can still be worn, but since it's so cumbersome and heavy without the support of the power, it's most likely useless.

5) Fang stabs the bot's EMP thingy and sneaks off. Considering how Zhong, Hobbes and Fammo were previously conversing about the bot, it is unlikely that the bot is so far away that nobody would notice it getting stabbed. I'd also question how Fang knows exactly where it's EMP thigy is...

I had more issues to bring up, but I'll leave it at this. Sheesh man, that was some pretty poor, unimaginative, unrealistic roleplaying.

RE: Introduction

[font size=1" color="#FF0000]LAST EDITED ON Oct-15-00 AT 08:01AM (GMT)[p]OOC: I was bascialy basing that on Fallout 2. The doors are thin metal strips that you can fit a hand through. And in a post apocalyptic world not even NCR can find a jail building that doesn't have windows in. I mean there smaller than usual slightly but still windows. Theres no one who saw fang kill the guards other than the guards themselves and they're dead. Fang always carries a spare Stealthboy version 1.5. Not as good as before but still good. See Fang doesn't really have any Brotherhood friends. he told them he'd only return to a main base when he'd found his squad.. ANd if his squad was with him THEYcould bail him out.

in conclusion Brotherhood agents like Fang are excellent. Also how unrealistic is a damaged bot with an EMP. If i was to complain at every thing that sounded out of place or was bad roleplaying we'd never actually get round to doing anything other than talking and doing nothing.

More OOC goodness

Okay, I'm confused as to your description of doors and windows here.

"Finnaly he notices there's a small slit like a mindow to let light into the cell. He sees a cop outside all on his own. "

So then, are you talking about a window looking outside? Or a small slit for light in door?

If you're talking about a window, why in the world a guard standing on the outside of the building has jailkeys is beyond me. If you're talking about the slit in the door, then you're not basing the door on Fallout jail doors.

"Theres no one who saw fang kill the guards other than the guards themselves and they're dead"
That's not the point here! The point is that Fang is a BOS member! If he were to go around killing officers of NCR so recklessly, he'd probably be booted from the Brotherhood. The BOS are not supposed to go around killing innocent people, ESPECIALLY upholders of the law! I could also bring up the issue of how Fang can killed many policemen, guards, druggies, etc etc etc without any remorse, but stop short of killing Fammo because "it's wrong"... but I'm sure you'd reiterate the last sentence of your last post again.

"Fang always carries a spare Stealthboy version 1.5."
Most likely also damaged in the EMP blast.

"See Fang doesn't really have any Brotherhood friends. he told them he'd only return to a main base when he'd found his squad.. ANd if his squad was with him THEYcould bail him out."
I'm not sure you understand me here. Fang is, once again, part of the BOS. NCR is close with the BOS. Using your status of BOS member, you could have convinced a cop to let you out, or get another BOS member to come get you once they found out that you were jailed. You don't need the other Angels of Fire to do that. Not every conflict needs to end in a violent solution now.

"Also how unrealistic is a damaged bot with an EMP"
That was Mister_T's idea. I think I know where he's going with the bot, so I have no problem with it. It's not like he's saying that the bot is fully armed with missiles up the ass or anything... just an EMP device.

"If i was to complain at every thing that sounded out of place or was bad roleplaying we'd never actually get round to doing anything other than talking and doing nothing. "
I'd prefer one post where characters react reasonably than a thousand of "Bob the Mighty needs to get from point A to point B, so POW! he tongfers yet another faceless guard in the back of the head, instantly killing him effortlessly and solves his problems yet again."
I could also argue that Fang is essentially doing nothing as seemlingly everything is trivial to him, but I'll save that for another time...

OOC: "Think Mcfly, think!"

I'll address the EMP first. Fang, you're the one that assumed the bot was Enclave, if it is, it would be armed with self defense systems so someone, lets say a BOS GUY wouldn't tamper with it. Fammo, who's good with electronics managed to drag the bot in for repairs. But somehow the bot turned the EMP on by itself, which I was GOING TO EXPLAIN MUCH LATER! I'm not telling you what the bot is. It could be remote powered by Enclave, it could be AI, it could be brain, it could be plain bot, it could be anything.

Fang, you should have gotten the hint that nobody wanted you along when Fammo ran the heck away from your first advance. Since, you didn't I merely decided a stronger message was necessary. The second attempt to get you away had two goals.

A) Made you realize the reprecussions of you actions. You cannot go around killing people as if your some sort of super hero. The slaver that sold your partner in NCR was knifed, and therefore rumors spread of your heinous act. That is what realistically would happen.

B) Get you to go away OR tone down your character. I expected the very least the former to happen. The very reason that I started posting on this board was because the characters in WebBoard's Fallout Active Roleplaying were overpowered. Not to name names. Now, you just worsen my roleplaying experience with you buff character, i.e. fang.

On the messages themselves. Fang, why is your character first offering help, then offering help with a stipulation, and finally threatening murder? Why should Fammo trust you as a character if you keep changing your story, and lying about why you need the bot?

Also, I'd like to analyze your argument on Fangs exact involvement with the NCR. If Fang doesn't have any BOS friends as you put it, why would he have access to Power Armor and a Stealthboy. When you think about it, higher rank=better toys. Usually, the higher ups would bail out Fang for fear of an 'excellent brotherhood agent' with advanced technology going in jail. At the same time since Fang lost his squad shouldn't he receive some reprimand for his actions? I don't understand! Finally, what rank are you in the Brotherhood? And keep in mind that BOS has evolved into an R and D house, so not everyone has access to huge weapons and armor. (i.e. look at guards in Brotherhood outposts.)

Mr. T,

you should go to
www.falloutrpg.f2s.com/theRPG.html
if you haven't already. It's a very realistic RPG site, I think you'd like it there. And no no no, I'm not telling you to go away, I think you brought this board a degree of realism it sorely needed.

As for Fang, well, yes, I think your last IC post was a bit unrealistic. I have a slight impression that you're somewhat of a greedy person, Fang. You always call on the help of higher powers when things get deep (rangers appear out of thin air when we're cornered by slavers, and all the slavers are killed in two lines of text). That doesn't make for much fun. Plus you take pretty many shortcuts. That can disrupt the flow of the story and suspension of disbelief.

I think you chose the wrong character to start with, Fang. That is to say, he's in the BOS, meaning he has access to heavy guns, and he can call on the BOS anytime he want, and they'll be there in a few seconds. And there are BOS bases a few minutes of walking from everywhere. Have you ever thought that someone might think it might be fun to write-in some obstacles which are a CHALLENGE to get through?

Oops, that last sentence got a bit sharper than I expected.

OOC

OOC: See every post is diffrent, no two are alike unless continuations. The poster has the expectations and ideas and he has the sort of thing he wants done. And it was because of what someone else said i killed the slavers with rangers. I think it was you but i can't remember. Someone siad there shouldn't be a fight right then and we should get to know one another's characters first. It was realistic, the Rangers where in the area and Fang is friends with them. (He kills slavers)

Smaug (who was role-playing Lance) had initiative he wanted a low-tech post so he said that. That's wht Fang only has a leather jacket in that post instead of a great big suit of power armour. If mister T had taken the initative and written what sort of characters he wanted here i wouldn't of posted or would've made a more suited character to play.

The BOS: There are BOS friends bases everywhere. They are usually only little shacks with shot gun ammo and metal armour around everywhere. The Angels of Fire have there own base south of NCR near junktown on fallout maybe a bit more north. Here is quite a big base as they were quite a powerful squad. They have a small vault type thing in the back where there is some equiptment and rooms and offices and stuff. It's concealed so only those who kmow can reach the vault where all the valubles are kept.

Fang's status: Fang has actually reached the rank of colonel in the BOS but when his squad were lost he returned and said he would find them and he did not want tracking or helping from other squads. He said he would continually fight those who need to be punished as if he were still working for them. He is a welcome face in bases but hs said he wont return to the main ones. And as for the police of NCR they're clones aren't they.

Apology: I apoligise for my last IC post it was a bit rushed and didn't sound bvery realistic i didn't have much time to think about it.

OOC

Fine, i'll admit that I could have warned you about what I want from a post, but it would ruin the spontaneity of role playing. It seemed unnatural for me to tell you, i'd rather you get it from hints I leave in my posts. Also, I don't mind if your character is high tech, but I do mind about when you use it. If you use it all the time and it always works, and you always have a backup, I don't like that. If you balanced Fang with huge Psychological, mental, physical disorders then maybe i would be more welcome. (i.e. If Fang was part of the Brotherhood, had the armor, AND was a ghoul. That'd be interesting.). Sure you can make a completely good character, with no bad habits or weaknesses, but to me that defeats the very purpose of role playing. Chances are, in a post nuclear universe nobody is perfect, i mean nobody in the real world is 'perfect' anyway. Finally, Fang it is up to you what to do with the last post. If you kill Fammo or not, it might decide if we stay or leave the board. Also, I don't think the NCR cops are clones, I think you had that idea because the game says they LOOK like clones. And even if they are clones, you still aren't supposed to be killing people on your own side.
