.ogg Decoder

I need a .ogg decoder and cant find a good one.
I have one made by Media Twins software but since it is unregistered it only ripps half the song.

I think Snake want to convert some ogg files into Wav formate so that he can put them into Fallout....err....I think anyway

If you wanna vat it be my guest, I was using it to ripp some really nice UT24 soundeffects to alter and maybe use later thats all.
