OOC content

I know most people have said this time and time again, but I am sick of out of character/ world content. FO1's OOC was fairly low and a little bit was acceptable for a quick laugh, but in FO2, it was insane. Everywhere i went, there was a guy from some movie or game or whatever. In FO3, i hope they restore the seriousness of FO1 and the leingth of FO2 and it's long list of items.

You are right!

In fallout1 i could almost feel the hostilety in the game.
But in F2 I always felt pritty safe so i never got into troble, and on the top i met "Sir Arthur Knights". It tok away some of the feeling of the game.
