First time out of the vault

I got the sudden urge to play C-RPGs again and I reinstalled Fallout 2 for the occasion. Problem is, Steam doesnt update old games and you have to get through hoops and loops to update and fix F2 in a proper way.
Anyway, I found everything I needed to have the "vanilla" experience I want (I only took the latest sfall released and the Inventory Filter mod for convienience sake). I live in Europe and Steam gave me the censored patch.
I found a modb page that apparently add back all the uncensored stuff like the provocative and edgy icons for perks and traits but also add the children back. Problem is, the link doesnt work for me in any way and I was looking through NMA to find anything similar but I only found dead links from 2003 threads.
I know I can use the RPU, but I want the most vanilla experience for Fallout 2. Not to disrespect the modders, just that the added content wasnt to my taste and it changed stuff like the location of the Bozar from Buster's Bodyguard for exemple or another obstacle like Shi's Submarine that prevent you to take the Tanker.
Anyway, is there any working link for an uncensored patch or at the least something that add the children back into the game ?
