Well, you find something new every day. Instead of explaining it, I'll let Wikipedia do the work, but I found it rather entertaining (hope you all will too). It's a unique experience to find out your OS has large breasts (see the link).

Well, I would wager that much of this artwork was created by males who are both computer nerds and anime artists, which creates a certain feminine bias in their artwork. In other words, of course there's porn, I had to look rather hard to find some decent artwork of XP that wasn't obscene.

Err... why is it exactly that you hate the Japanese? Because of their perception that Windows ME is unstable or because they compare an OS to female personalities?

For God's sake, while I was looking for a Linux picture, I found an animated GIF of Linux being tentacle raped and another of Linux holding three vibrators. I'm not sure what that's all about...

It meant the represent the internal war between Linux clones (Redhat, Suse, Mandrake)
Everybody constantly are trying to fuck each other in the OS business :wink:

As well there was a war between the Gnome and some another bla bla who's name I can’t remember.

Linux is the kernel dude. Red hat, Conectiva Linux and Kurumim (Linux for dummies) are distros that customize the GNU/Linux according to a certain need. There isn't a Linux OS.

That's right. Most people blame Microsoft but the truth is that some companies are attacking each other in forums and magazines using stupid statements. I thinks that's why FreeBSD is getting bigger. It's good and works fine. I think it's the OS used in the server that hosts this site.

Is this 4 real? I mean, is this original artwork, or is it just some photoshopping or whatever with other people's art?
 
Alec, yes, this is mostly original artwork (some of it is original artwork for OS-Tan which has been modified by other fans, but the characters are original). It's amazing to see such a idea grow so fast, there are dozens of original images created for the more popular OSs (ME, XP, & 2K), not to mention the manga.

CCR, there are quite a few images of XP out there, including erotic galleries (its interesting navigating Japanese sites, it's a guessing game, never know where a link will lead you). Here are a few more images for your fancy CCR (following the Pin-Up thread rules, no nipples or genitalia).
