PC Advice and Switching OS

First time out of the vault
Hi all,

Ive been using Ubuntu for ages now but have never really used it for gaming.
The SNES and the recently acquired 360 serve that purpose.... untill recently that is.

Ive found myself leaning towards some more PC gaming but Ubuntu isnt really that user friendly so Im thinking about switching out to WIndows.
I dont want to play really new games but id like to be able to run things like Baldurs Gate EE, and Fallout 3 on there.
Is my current setup fit for that?
Ive never really been into PC hardware but I recently purchases a Z620 Workstation from a friend of mine who refurbs computers for a company in Scotland.

Specs:

Z620 Workstation
Memory: 23.5 GiB
Processor: Intel® Xeon(R) CPU E5-2620 0 @ 2.00GHz × 24
Graphics: NVA8

It also has 2 nvidia nvs 300 graphics cards.

What are your thoughts?
Good enough for some older games?
What OS would you recommend?

What are your thoughts?
I wouldn't recommend a workstation for gaming. What you have there is a server processor, ancient graphics cards and 24Gigs of RAM that you will likely never need.
Good enough for some older games?
You should be able to run older games on that but it's singularly ill-fitted for gaming in general.
What OS would you recommend?
Windows 7 support is ending soon so I would recommend Windows 10.
