Great job, but I always pictured the dark haired female PC having the square-cut "Cleopatra" style hair, like the default PC Natalia in her Fallout 1 profile picture. Or like Uma Thurman in Pulp Fiction.
I agree…she needs a fringe on that Bucket Head…coming up. Originally I was considering making the Vault Boy appear to be a female with the changed hairstyle (with his normal body, but little titties) – for a laugh - but many might not like their Vault Boy in drag…

Agreed. And yes, i have wondered while working on the Long Hair dude if he has dreadlocks or just long hair?

Ahh, the charm of past gen graphics! As long as it sorta looks like it, your understimulated imagination grudgingly wakes up and fills in the gaps. Pure awesome.

Just wondering..considering there are quite a number of new PC critters in making ATM, is there a chance one of you guys could make some kind of "patcher" or some sort of software that could add new critter options to the already installed game, so we don't have to wait for the next RP version or tinkle with the game files (for all pathetic n00bs like me)?

is there a way to go back to default pc guy.. my savegame is at lvl5 for killap RP 2.0...

long hair dude looks nice but when he runs he jerks on the 3 or 4 step of running.. somehow not as smooth as the rest of the npcs.. or compared to the default..

There is a way to do this in the game. You will have to find out how (hint EPA).

Without scripting something, there is no other way to alter your appearance once you've set it. So, what I say above is your only option besides starting over.

No offense, but Not True. Unless killap himself altered the animations (which i greatly doubt) they are exactly the same as the default ones: the same frame offsets, the same positions, the same animation basically, just with a copy/pasted long hair head on top. So, it's probably just a false visual effect caused by the flowing hair when running or...

nitpickiness...

:lalala:

We can’t please everyone X’il. If they only knew what was involved in building a new critter they would be kissing your arse…instead they complain.

This doesn't count if dimension of the frames is altered.

Of course, but that's what i meant with the same frame offsets; the default frame dimensions have not been altered.

Btw, your new av. reminded me of this puppet mole show from childhood (the thing was educational and shit and taught kids how to wash their teeth and stuff... hehe... *nostalgiatear*)

am i the only one who see him runnning with faint skip?

Is it possible the "skip" comes from clicking like mad around the map when running? Even the originals will go palsy on you if you abuse the mouse.

Love the LHD guys! Takes the whole tribal thing to a whole new level. I'm even contemplating running a dumb guy through the game now. :)

Maybe Killep should include a barber somewhere into the game, where the player can switch from long to short and revers. I have done the same now in FOnline: 2238. For 50 caps, the player can change his hair. ;)
