Version 1 has just been posted. I would appreciate any feedback as I am now working on version 2. I know there are typos and some ommisions, this is a work in progress to give you all something to comment on rather than the finished article.
Version 2 is abandoning the percentile system in favour of one that allows for more powerful creatures. Here is a list of the features I'm working on, comments and other ideas would be very welcome:
1. Playing Mutants, Ghouls and humans as Player Characters.
2. Increased skill list, increased perks list.
3. Perk based charcter development. Perks exclusive to certain classes ie; Earlier sequence is to become a unique skill for Combat based characters only, Surgery is to become a perk for medical based characters and only they can do the hard stuff; attaching limbs etc.
4. Combat system will be overhauled. No more Hit Points, fighting will be faster and a lot deadlier. More combat options; vehicle combat, ambush rules, explosives etc.
