I already killed ahs-9 (and all the hubbos scum) and gained access to Emperor Shi, the problem is that when I search on the Chemistry Database: Fuel and derivatives - Polymers I get this message:
"(You come across a vast array of complex chemical formulae and lab notes. You're not quite sure what all of this means.)"
instead of this message:
"(After sifting through the complex chemical formulae and lab notes, you come to the conclusion that the Shi have created a kind of fuel from plant extracts and sealife. Apparently, they have hooked into previously existing pipelines so they can transport fuel to a wide variety of destinations)"
and the option to direct the fuel to the tanker.
I don´t know what to do, is supposed that after you finish the last quest from the Shi you get the option to direct the fuel to the tanker.
- I already tried hack the Emperor Shi (computer) but it doesn´t work too.
By the way I´m playing the last Restoration Project version
