Post-war Los Angeles?

I have a feeling when the Fallout project Brazil part 2 mod comes out we'll finally see what post-nuclear Los Angeles looks like. But until then I'm left in wonder as to what the city of Angels looks like after 2077. Do you think it looks like how it does in 2015 with the skyscrapers and all including the Central bank building? Or like how it did in 1960-1963 with very few if any skyscrapers that are notable today? Here's pictures so you know what I mean.

It would be larger than it is in 2015, given population growth. Thus, there would be an increase in vertical construction.
Wouldn't have our "modern" styles, but would certainly have skyscrapers.

You do visit Los Angeles in Fallout, as in "Fallout 1", the first game. Boneyard/Adytum = Los Angeles

Well, top down view, but still... :D
