Postapocalyptic strategy games list

What are the currently existing strategy games in post apocalyptic theme? I can think only about BurnTime and maybe RoadWar2000 (but calling that one strategy is a bit overstretched).

Especially, if there are any "grand strategies" where you build a post nuclear settlement or lead some sort of country or fight for domination of the newly created world.

Krush, Kill 'n' Destroy is a post-apocalyptic real-time strategy game.

Defcon is about the war that lead to the wasteland, so it's more like "pre-apocalyptic". I meant, a game after the war "post-apocalyptic", where the world is already radiated and devastated, maybe even no one remembers how this all started or at least they don't care since thay are preoccupied with survival and domination of the new world.

Yeah KKND 1-2 clearly stand out, I suppose Earth 2140-2150 could also go under post apocalyptic. Then there is C&C 2 Tiberian Sun & C&C3. And last one that comes to my mind is Armageddon Empires, tough it reminds me more of MTG and is TBS game.

It has some RPG elements and might not be as 'hard' as you want.

There is a post-apocalyptic mod for Civilization IV (you also need the Beyond the Sword expansion) called Neo Cristi. However, it seems that the apocalypse was mostly caused by zombies. The mod has been the work of one person for at least 3 years. While the mod is available for download, there still are more features to add and more bugs to squash (ver. 0.33).
