Just started playing this last night. I used to love games like SimHospital and this game is a mix of Dwarf Fortress and SimHospital style games.
They're in alpha now and are running a Minecraft style payment plan (buy the alpha and get all the versions afterwards. They also have tiers of payments like a kickstarter project.
