Private forums

one question, what the hell are privat forums. i came across mentions of them in the help section. i've found no ther refrence to them. Some body please answer this it's really buggin' me

as far as I know, this board can handle some user groups. so if a group (ie. a clan) wants a privacy, they got to private forum... no such things over here...
