Program to convert .mp3 to .acm (that works on 7)

Is there a program to convert music to fallout, that works on windows 7?
How can I change the music in the game?
I know I need to convert .wav, or .mp3 to .acm (<-stupid sound format), but I need a program to do that, and the only ones I found, don't work on new operational systems, like Seven and Vista.

Don't know if it works with Windows 7, but I am using the Infinity Sound Converter. Nothing else worked that good to me.

Unfortunately this program don't work on win7.

I know Cool Edit Pro 2 / Adobe Audition 1.5 let you save to .acm also, but that software requires a bit more audio know-how
