This little snippet can be found in the February issue of PSM3 magazine:
The first batch of downloadable content for post-apocalyptic RPG Fallout3 has been revealed. Thanks to an exclusivity deal between Microsoft and Bethesda it’s only on Xbox 360 at the moment, but we have it on good authority that it’ll eventually make its way to PS3. The DLC includes Operation Anchorage, a simulation of the war between China that led to the bombs being dropped, The Pitt, which sees you exploring a raider town built in the remains of Pittsburgh and Broken Steel in which your character becomes a member of the Brotherhood of Steel. But PS3 is getting its own exclusives next year so don’t worry.
Gasp! The source is Ausir who may or may not be lying through his velociraptor teeth.

Yeah, honestly? Standard stuff for exclusivity deals. No reason for Bethesda not to milk it once the exclusivity runs out.

PS3 is getting its own exclusives

This is the weird bit, though. If it just refers to exclusives-that-will-not-be-exclusives-at-that-point, it's extremely badly written. If not, what is the stuff that won't be on PC/X360, and will it give PS3 owners any reason to countergloat? And will that in turn appear on other systems in 2011?

Note that he says "Not at this time," which, when interpreted literally, means that at any later point it could appear. It also depends on how the question was phrased, he could have also been responding to no DLC but, as someone suggested earlier, it may appear in some later "Gold Edition" or something like that.

The Playstation 3 won the graphics battle but it didn't win the war.

Specification wise, the GPU inside the PS3 is garbage compared to the GPU inside the 360.

I don't care either way, I don't own any consoles and I never will; unless its free (waste of money).

Considering that I haven't touched FO3 in weeks now, I don't really care either way if my PS3 gets the DLC.

FO3 is mediocre, and adding DLC now, IMO, would be a waste of my time and $$.

The Personal Computer won the graphic battle, the speed battle AND the quality battle. And the mod battle!

Take that, consolers!

Yeah, well, Fallout 3 sucks anyway, regardless of the version...

Completely ignoring any issues of accuracy...

Let me see if I have this right: X360 has an exclusive now, PS3 has an exclusive coming later... Yup, he's right, that covers every important platform. Right?

I can't help thinking there's some other platform out there. Let's see... PSP? iPhone? Hmm. It'll come to me. Give it time.

There are no 360-only exclusives, all DLC is coming out for both 360 and Games for Windows Live.

That's what 360-exclusive means.

Do you have GfWL, Ausir? I have, and the first thing I noticed was the big-ass XBOX sign plastered all over it. GfWL is an extension of Xbox Live, nothing more, nothing less. Same owner, same software, same network.

Why would anyone pay to make something a PC-exclusive?

Lost the stability war. And so it does for most games, really.
