Ok, yes, they couldnt mass produce power armor... but, if you read up on the plot, they say that only the most noble knights can wear the special armor... so, it's not being mass produced... now, if we start to see an army of 20,000 and every man in it is wearing the power armor... then i'll be the first to whine about the plot. also, as someone else pointed out, this group of the BoS is seperated from the BoS we see in FO and FO2, so they're tech. and machinery is going to be some what different. further more, the only time i saw a knight of the BoS in FO2 was during the Holly Grail Random Encounter... that consisted of about 5 or so knights who were wearing the old armor... did anyone see any other BoS knights during FO2? no, i don't believe so. so, what's this mean? well, it surely dosn't mean that every single BoS soldier had the old power armor on... perhaps some of them had new power armor? also, maybe some of them had new armor? also, lets not forget that the BoS in FO2 was quite aware of the Enclave and have been watching them for quite some time... is it not logical to think that they'd be aware of their power armor and what it was made of, etc...?

Finally, i think the new power armor looks really cool... and guys, don't forget... as far as the people without power armor go, well, we've never seen them up close and personal, so we're just not use to them having so much detail as with FO:BoS. i think it all looks really good and i can't wait till FO:BoS comes out and i surely can't wait for FO3 (if it comes out... "chuckles", fingers crossed and hopes are high). ';0)

THANK YOU EUROPA! FINALLY someone who thinks like I do. I have tried to tell all these guys...but has Anyone listened? No. Thank You very much.

Peace Out (he he)

hey, that's what i'm here for i guess. hehe
just, trying to state the facts i guess. :)

You are right europa the new armor is cool.
And I read in a prewiew or an interview here the other day that you do not get the power armor at the begining of the game but later.
I think this means that you get promoted to paladin during the campaign and then you get accses to the power armor.

yeah, that's how i figured it'd work any ways. i mean, i really wouldnt want to start out with power armor right off. besides, at first, the enemies you have to battle arent all that tuff any ways, so it's all good. :) course, if your character (only wearing a thin peiece of cloth) decideds to trek 200 mi. south, well, then he'll probably get torn apart by some death claws or tuff raiders, etc... :) like i said in another post though, getting the new armor is part of the fun in Fallout... it wouldnt be fun if you started out with it. :)
