I just reid that it will take 1 to 3 weeks to make a map. Does anybody know if that means the mapper that is suposed to be in FO: tactics?

That Fallout (2) mapper will not be used (and not come with) in Fallout Tactics. They are using a different map editor for Fallout Tactics.

Chris have talked about the editor(s) for Fallout Tactics, and hopefully they will release them. By the looks of it they will release them..
