Fallout: I'm preparing to go to The Glow, but I can't seem to find any RadX. Know of any places to score some?

You might want to go to the Hub in that case. In Old Town (which is part of the Hub) you can find a dealer who sells chems (RadX and stuff), but watch it: he doesn't deal with just anyone who walks through the door. You'll need a recommendation from someone else before you can pay him a visit. And that's all I'm going to tell you.
