I will allow up to 2 perks, but they have to be only up to level 6 and you gotta have the right stats for em. Also I will let it slide if you want one of a higher level or if you are a few stat points short, but nothing too Uber such as a bonus HtH attacks, or living anatomy and whatnot.
 
oK SPECIALIST DEFINE YOUR SCOUT CHARACTER (sorry caps lock) and put up a character sheet. What will the scout do, be good at .
 
just a thought, but what if we each have a seperate creature that we go with?

That would give us a bit of a differance in character appearance and attitude. Instead of being "those tribals" we could be

"The guy running around with a wolf skull strapped to his chest punching everybody. The chick in gecko skin tights fighting with two knives and the crazie mother fucker wearing a cape made from a death claw"


Sounds a bit more interesting to me.

hokkay...finesse is cos it was what I found most usable...since he is a good unarmed fighter, he should have it...also, he does all stuff with finesse, like all "holy stuff"..if you know what I mean...

gifted is because...well, It's a good trait to spend the last point on :wink:

Actually Fithero I already said that we could each have our own animal spirits. Remember when I said that in the other topic about animal totems. Thats what I meant.
 
No you didnt, this is what you said-

I agree with all the animal totems posted except for the mantis which will represent patience and wisdom, and the brahmin which this tribe doesn't know how to raise and there fore does not really even bother with them.

Where does it say that you had already come up with that idea?
 
I dunno how to quote old stuff so I'll just say that the first reply on the second page of personal stuff for roleplayers topic.

Last line or so reads my ideas for the customization and one is an animal totem.

Ok here goes. I will play the thief/ sapper.

Appearence-Zero is a short and light thief wearing a jet black cape and hood that seems to blend colors with the surroundings. He is pale from a lack of exposure to sun through the continuous nightfighting he does. Normally you wouldn't notice him unless he wanted to be noticed. Black barbed wired tatooes cross his arms and on his back he has a sowrd with wings sprouting from it. A blue tatoo under his right eye is shaped like a deagger without a hilt and meant to look dangerous. He wears a simple string on his neck that holds a carved piece of trinitite shaped after a raven feather.

On a simple black silk sash he hangs various wooden bottles full of poisons and oils. Each is wrapped in cloth to prevent noise. Under all of his stuff he wears an ankle length thin white robe and loincloth. Leather forearms wraps with steel undeplating have the robes arms tucked into them and lead all the wa to the knuckled where they are fitted over the middle finger with a simple lop of string.

Personality- Zero is a coldblooded killer, and a sociopath. He isn't very good at talking to people, and often prefers to avoid them alltogether. He is very quiet and patient even when doing noisy activities. He is immune to many types of poison as he administers large doses to himself regularly. His personality could be described as close to Hannibal Lecters, and he is cannibalistic.

Background-Zero is an orphan who was inducted into the tribe at an early age by the last chemist. Much of his time was spent learning to make poisons and antidotes for any situation and he became very exacting and patient. Large amounts of time spent in tents working with fine amounts of powders and liquids made him very perceptive, but also a person more accustomed to darkness. When the time came he choose the Raven as his animal spirit due to it's disturbing nature and evil cunning. At one point his skills were called upon to kill a group of wanderers troubling them. After sneaking up to the group at midnight he killed the sentry with a poisoned throwing knife and slipped his own brand of death powder into their canteens. When he arrived back at camp he was wearing a leather cape made of human skin. Knowing something was missing he wandered his way into the frame of a house in the middle of no where. Ravens were perched everywhere and a single cement birdbath stood alone. Zero sat down meditating for an hour before he poisoned the water and the Ravens dropped one by one, each bleeding from the eyes and mouth. A disturbing scene lay ahead of Zero. A burnt out wooden frame of a house with a birdbath filled with bloody water and dozens of dead Ravens scattered about the parched sand. Hours later he had covered his cloak completely in raven feathers inside and out and rinsed it with the foul water in the basin.

Oddly enough it took on cloaking properties such as a rainbow, but the blood of so many Ravens and their evil nature threw Zero's luck out of whack. Now he continues to this day killing enemies of the tribe with traps, poisons and evil cunning.

Equipment- Zero's very special cloak which usually has his accompanying hood down around his neck.

His sash which holds many dozens of poisons and the many small but sharp throwing knives covered in them.

A single large dagger covered in every poison Zero makes and a hilt ring with a line of raven feathers and beads hangind from it.

The raven feather shaped piece of trinitite he wears is slightly radioactive and as such Zero has built up a small resistance to radiation.

All in all Zero carries the appearence of an angel of death. He appears from nowhere knocking out sentries with paralysing throwing knives, and finishing them brutally with his knife before dissapearing back into the night.


Now that is why we need a thief.
 
Ok my character now fills the monk slot...sorry guys, but i love monks, plus the crazy "risen form the dead" background suits the monk... :P

Personality: Quin is just an all out insane mother-fucker. His brain damage has caused him to become immune to pain and in turn, fear. He will quite happily charge anybody with his bare fists after he has hurled as many rocks at them as possible. He is a little slow, and not much in the ways of conversation but he is a loyal member of the tribe.

Background: Quin was killed at the age of ten, thats what the tribe elders tell him anyway. He was out hunting one day when he was accidently shot in the head by a caravan guard. When his tribe found him, they thought him dead and began to prepare for the funeral where they would burn the corpse.

The chanting of the tribe awoke Quin as he lay on the bundle of burning wood. He didnt realise he was being burned alive and he got up off the bundle of wood. He didnt feel right, he couldnt feel his fingers, and if felt as if his mind wasnt all there.

When he jumped down, the tribe all looked at him in amazement as this young boy who once presumed dead was alive and covered in flame. The elders quickly put out the flame and set about healing his wounds.

After a few days it was announced that like the Phoenix in the old stories, Quin had died and had been remborn from flame. They told the tribe that Quin was indeed dead, and that Fenix-Child had taken his place.

Indeed the old quin was gone, his brain had been damaged to the extent that he had no memories of the time leading up until his awaking. Fenix-Child was also alot more agressive than Quin, willingly allowing himself to be hurt while being able to ignore the pain of his wounds.

umm...he has changed a bit, he is now more of a monk, and is faster, has perks and now has outdoorsman instead of melee. this guy is allllllllll fists :twisted:
 
My char makes a great thief. He just has to toss a paralyze and blind venom into his victim first. =) I'll skin this cat you just hold the tail.

Alby still needs to post a char. Alby hurry the hell up.
 
ok pyro, i got a few problems with your character.

1)resistance to poision? thats cool for a back story but he shouldnt have a higher resistance to poision than what he normally should. Unless ofcourse you have taken some sort of perk, like snake eater or something.

2)the necklace, how did he get a radioactive piece of rock/stone and how did he manage to carve it. Also, if its radioactive, he wouldnt have gained an immunity to it, it would have slowly killed him. Its cool if he has gained rad resistance because of the perk though.

3) (this is what i really have a problem with) His cloak, it sounds like something out of D&D, there are no magic items in fallout, no shimmering rainbow ravens blood cloaks, there is just no way it would exist.

4)Whats this explosives stuff hes got? isnt this a low tech game wtih basic weapons, i mean i know its your game, but your guy has got explosives and throwing knives.

5) Although its cool, the tatoos are a bit to advanced for tribals. I mean a sword with wings and a daggers blade? If its all shoddy and poorly done yeah, but im hoping your not expecting tat's like we have today.


Thats pretty much if dood, just some feedback, not meaning to come after you.
