It Wandered In From the Wastes
It makes me amused.
But if I was actually playing the game, it would make me facepalm, because I have been seeing that same bug since Morrowind. And it's getting old after almost 20 years and 6 different games of it

Oh, I didn't know it was a common bug for their engine, that was my first time seeing it
Yeah, it's a quite common bug.
I even know how you can make it happen in Fallout 3.

LOL that video is great. Looks like TCL console command is enabled so I guess the bug must have something to do with rendering limbs + collision/havoc engine
