I think I've figured out what I don't like about the avatar. It's too generic. When I think "verevoof", I don't see her face but I think of her avatar. When I see her avatar, I think of "verevoof".

Your avatar is too random. You, your nickname and everything else about your fabulous internet persona is not represented, or linked to your avatar...
 
I kinda agree with clercqer.
It is a sweet pic, but doesn't go that much with you, for some reason. At first I liked it, but now it just doesn't fit. A different chimp, maybe?
7/10 - because I don't think it is really that generic, but more of a poor choice.
