Wright had a reason not to war with the other mobs, his goons were his kids. However, Big Jesus had a huge amount of disposable people. In fact, it'd be fairly easy for Big Jesus to get more considering he controlled the Jet. He could easily round up the people at The Stables, load them up on Jet, give them guns, and turn them loose on the other mobs under the promise of getting more Jet for free. All he'd have to do is send in the Jet addicts followed by a wave of his more powerful people.

Well, each of the families was powerful in different ways. Salvatore's men were the best equipped, and Bishop controlled the raiders and had connections with powerful people in NCR. If it came to an all out war between those three forces, no one would win. I guess they never took out the Wrights because they were relatively insignificant.
