Xulm's fantastic comic Vault 12 has been hosted for NMA for 11 weeks now, with an update each week. Just to give it some extra exposure I remind everyone to read this fantastic comic, where the story of Vault 12 is hitting a dramatic climax as of right now:

You can always catch the updates to this comic on the sidebar on our frontpage under Latest Comic.

Keep up the good work, xulm.

I actually find myself reloading the page on Wednesdays simply because I just can't wait for the next page, like right now, I got to see it when it snuck on at about 7 PM on Thursday, but now I'm itching for the next page...

I love the feel the comic conveys; nicely put on the style of drawing and also the choice of colours. Since this is my first time reading the comic strip, I went back to the beginning and noticed a nice build up to this moment. Can't wait to see what happens next.

I hope the artist slows down a bit though, it is going somewhat faster than I would like it to go at this time, perhaps a few days rather than an overnight changeover to the partial ghouls that they were to become, but it is not too late to put on the brakes so to speak.

--EDIT--

You are seriously trying to get banned aren't you?

I noticed the fast bit as well and would like for it to slow down a tad if possible. Giving them time to show the emotions of changing from human to ghoul would be cool.

I really like the artwork, but the script is slightly losing me; it is a bit frantic.

It is a bit too wordy in places, but might also benefit - if possible - from re-lettering in places (is this hand lettering on the original artwork, or is it cg?). Using different fonts where there are a number of speakers can be helpful (especially if one of them is off-panel), but I also like to see characterization via lettering (give the Overseer more of a sense of authority).

Still, good work.

Thanks, guys!
It's great to hear that someone likes my comic ( and what's more, to see the newspost about it - thanks, Brother None! )

Since some questions have been asked:
It's hard to find a golden mean when it comes to the webcomic's tempo - the same comic can look short and fast when you read all the published pages at once, while reading it once a week makes it feel sloooooooooow. I guess I failed at this balancing on the first pages and now I'm trying to adjust it a little ( for example: the last four pages hold the content intended for only two ).

I definitely agree that the comic is unlear on the script, too wordy and not that good on the dialogues, I'm really looking forward to revising it after ending the First Part, so I could make it all clearer and simply better.
The letters are still all hand-written.
I never thought about the differentiation of the fonts before, though.

Once again, thanks for the words of appreciation and the critique - I'm doing the comic for the readers, not for myself only, otherwise I would not publish in on the Internet :)
Stay tuned!

Cheers!

The speed of releases are fine (although as I said, I find myself reloading by Wednesday in vain hope that there's a sneaked in strip that was meant for Friday. :P) It's the speed of the webcomic's storyline, for example I could envision it taking several days for the virus to actually begin affecting vault 12 in a physical way, rather than overnight, also although yes he is a frantic man, you could have stretched out the interrogation and violence moment another page for dramatic effect.

I was stricken with questions as to what happened with the page prior to his discovery however, for an entire week it plagued me as to what happened, bloody good job on that bit of suspense.

As I said before, I am definitely keeping my radio dial set to this comic.

A praise from The Man!

And well deserved, i like the comic more and more. Keep it up, Xulm. :)
