Return to Sierra Madre via Save Editing?

This is a question based on the console version of New Vegas compared to the PC version. Obviously on PC, you could just noclip or mod your way back. Console, plain as day, does not have the same luxury. But it may be possible to get back there and that's why I'm asking this.

I've played around with save editing in Bethesda's previous games, mainly so I could go to the Testing Halls and obtain unobtainable items. It required me to change the spot my character was standing at the time of the save to the Testing Hall. I'm guessing I could use the same system to bring me back to the Sierra Madre Villa.

It's been a while since I've completed Dead Money on my main character's playthrough and I'm looking to go back for a few reasons. Mostly to go back for items I missed and to complete a few challenges. The issue is that I need a way there and back to the Mojave. In Oblivion, getting to the Testing Hall required finding my character's position using Hex Workshop and finding 3D5C0100 and changing it to 92DB0300. I'm looking for an equivalent, so I can save edit my Courier's position from the Mojave to the Sierra Madre and back.

I never played any Fallout games on consoles so I don't know how you would do that.
I do know that you can transfer save files from console to PC and back. If you have access to FNV on PC (better not use any mods while you're loading this save file, otherwise I doubt it will work on the console) you can transfer the save file and then use a console command to go to Sierra Madre, save and put that save back in the console and play.
Of course if you don't have FNV on PC this gets harder, you would have to find a friend who would be willing to do that for you (again your friend would have to disable all mods while using your save file and while making the new save for you to use on the console).

It's part of a save editor. In short, you take your save game and put it on a USB, then plug it into your computer. Some programs designed to edit save files are used and you can add stuff to your inventory and such. I've used it to get to the testing halls in various games.

But anyway, I'm guessing I could edit my way back to the Sierra Madre. Problem is I need a "value" for both the Mojave and the Sierra Madre. A "value" is essentially the spot where the player is standing when they load into the game. In a way, I'm "teleporting" my character from my save spot in the Mojave to the Sierra Madre. I need to figure out two values, one for each location so I can go back and forth.

I don't have New Vegas on PC, I don't really feel like buying all the DLC again and I don't even know if my laptop would run it.

I think it's possible to replay a DLC multiple times on a single character by uninstalling a reinstalling the DLC.

1. Uninstall Dead Money
2. Open your post-Dead Money save
3. Save over it or create a new save
4. Exit game and reinstall Dead Money
5. Open game and load your latest save

Now it should be like you never even played Dead Money. Obviously you'll lose any items/perks from Dead Money, but you should have everything else. Honestly I haven't tried this in a while so I'm not sure if it will work. If you try it, let me know if it worked.

@Big No I felt like being obnoxious, sorry.

I know you've said you don't feel like buying all the DLC again and unsure if it'll work on your laptop, but it is worth buying on PC. My old ASUS runs it just fine and it's a terrible laptop. The Ultimate Edition on Steam is a decent price, all DLC included, if you don't mind Steam that is.

EDIT: Actually I've tried it again and it's not so good, it's probably not worth the risk buying it until you get a new laptop. Sorry I can't help you with save editing.
