Saving God

Been playing Dead Money and this time i want to keep only God alive this time (i merged them with my previous character). Apparently, in order to do this you can't ever summon Dog, that means God will always have to be the ruling personality. Problem is that i did this, i never summoned Dog and now i'm at that point in the DLC but the 75 speech check doesn't show up and according to the fallout wiki, this is a known bug.

Is there any console command to trigger the 75 speech check?

Spent a while trying to find a fix, but came up short. Still, a really annoying bug.

Maybe an unofficial patch fixes this.
