Scenerios from Postal 2

I like the idea of more realistic situations happaning in the game. Ive always wanted more random things to happen in villages/cities. For example, raiders attack vault city while you are there. Super mutants trying to conquer a city, you know, things like that can make a game interesting. I think rikus has a good idea to put something else into the game like that, we need a lot of new elements into this game, fallout 2 lacked them.

Well, if you want random "har-har", I remembered in Fallout Two how you can trick the mechanic working at the Vertibird into knocking someone out. You can follow him (even though he says for you to watch the Vertibird) as he cold-cocks one guy to the floor. Then there's the whole cow-tipping larf. That was pretty random.

And I think the whole aptly named "Random Encounters" should sate your need for having an ambient world. I mean, there's space saucers, hordes of insects, highwaymen, traders, moonshine makers, wander drifters, recluses, caves full of bandits, slavers, brahmin herds, crashed whales, the list just goes on.
