uh this is not secret or anything but... very nutritious. gets more nutricious as it waits. you grind the carrot and start frying with olive oil. keep cooking until before it gets fried. add some salt. then put on yogurt. mix it. keep cooking it till you think its enough. at least 10 mins. mix it from time to time. then put it into freezer. eat cold.
