Fallout 2 mod self made FRM file for new weapon won't expand in inventory

So do you know how with items in your inventory, when you begin to move them, they get bigger, and when you place them into an inventory slot they get a tad smaller to fit? Well, I've made a FRM file for a new weapon of mine, and the only thing it does is get small when you place it in your inventory. When you move it from the slot it doesn't change it's size. I'm uploading this right before I go to bed so if I wasn't clear enough/you need a demonstration/need the FRM just ask and I'll see what I can do.

That means your image size is too small. You should look at the other item graphics and compare their size.
