Severance Blade of Darkness

Anyone remember this game? Definately one of my top ten favourites. There's nothing like chopping the arm off an orc and then picking the severed limb up and beating it's former owner to death with it.

Anyone know of anything similar and recent? For some strange reason I have the urge to chop the limbs off a few orcs.

I don't think there is any game like this one
Rune maybe, but it is not a recent one, and doesn't allow you to chop arms, or Mount and Blade, although the unmounted melee combat is somewhat dull in this one.

I have been trying to make Severance work on my new computer, but to no avail
Is there a way to make old W95 games work?

I didn't have troubles getting it to run under xp, though it wasn't the most stable old game I'd run.

That game was the shit and it's a shame it didn't get more love when it was released. The lighting was years ahead of its time and the mood was effortlessly dark and brutal. And of course the combat: wow.
