Fallout 2 mod SFall functions question.

I'm not sure what you mean. I don't really understand Fallout modding but I'll try to be useful and give out correct info.
If you mean where in the scripts were these commands used, then I guess they weren't in the original scripts, since sfall came later as a power tool.
If you mean what does each function do precisely, then there is the "descriptions" and "docs" folder when you download sfall, where you can get lots of explanations about the commands and such.
I'm not sure there is a more specific list and explanations there, they might be redundant.
