Sfall saving in combat.

Can somebody please tell me if the potential saving in combat bug was finally fixed in the newest release of SFall (v4.2.8.1) so i can safely save during combat? There is the line in ddraw.ini: "Note that even with this option enabled, it is still not advisable to save in combat at all (obsolete information)" which suggesting by "obsolete information" statement that the problem was fixed?
 
You could lose your turn on reload.

Don't know if there was anything else.
 
Some "useful" glitch like the yellow AP from Bonus Move being reset on S/L in combat, and some more serious like game-crashing or save-corruption.
There are many entities about those in sfall changelog.
