The artwork is by my wife, and the idea is mine. The text says "You are over-encumbered and cannot run" in Russian. There's also a colored version.

It's pretty loosely based on Vault Boy and is different enough that he should be in the (more or less) clear. Then again, I'm not familiar with Russian IP laws.
