Smackrazor, TMS?

Anyone know what happend, first they broke up disappeared then suddenly Smackrazor posts that hes coming back then nothing...
And when i look at his site it says Not ready yet. :?
 
All i can find it old stuff on them like this form the old VOTF site:

PipBoy2000 LE, one of three major Fallout mod servers, has been out of order because of technical problems for quite awhile and now it may close down for good. As Saint Proverbius of Vault13.net noticed, Smackrazor, the PB2KLE editor in chief ponders closing his site in the No Mutants Allowed discussion boards. His reasons are that the Fallout Tactics engine is inflexible and Fallout 1 and 2 are too old to attract major attention.

Well actually yes,
Are TMS coming back or just the site?
Is he working on his site a the moment?
If TMS do come back will they be making mods again?
:) That about sums it up.
