I have started to read the Stand by Stephen King, excellent book I'd reccomened it to anyone who liked Fallout or just wants a great deep, thought-invoking story, really excellent book.

EVERYONE GO BUY "A CANTICLE FOR LEIBOWITZ" BY WALTER MILLER. This is one of the best Books I have ever read (and I have read a lot of books), It takes place in a Post-Apoc setting but the Story is Magnifique! excellent excellenet excellen! GO buy this book now, in fact you should have got is yesterday. GO GET IT WHAT ARE YE WAITING FOR!!!

Oh, if you do movies:

Don't forget the post-apocalyptical Logan's Run.

There's also the book trilogy, but it's not directly related to nuclear disaster, but instead based off of social division of a most peculiar and yet common sort.

RE: Oh, if you do movies:

Ahh yes forgot about that one, great (if strange) movie. It made me read the books, if I remember correctly there is something about a nuke device, some general used a Handheld ThermoNuclear Device which turned Washington DC into a Jungle inhabited by creaturea from the zoo. Good books

Trashman just burned down the oil tanks, I really like it, great book, great storey

thats one of the 500 freakin cool parts of that book. Theres also a movie on the stand. its not as good of course but i think they covered the meat of the story pretty good (its like 6 hours long) but they did leave out a lot.

Not exactly post-apoc, but Dune is pretty good sci-fi. (The original, the follow-ups are pretty boring)

RE: Oh, if you do movies:

Ya Logan's Run is an Amazing Movie. I have it on tape. I just watched it like a week ago!
