Some quick questions

1: If I use that patch, will the inventory and charactor editors still work in the patched version?

2: If I do use the patch, is there a saved game converter out there that turns older saved games into new saved games to use with the patch? If so WHERE can it be found??

I have another question, If you use the Character editor and load yourself with Perks, are the enacted or do some not activate? I was curious becuse I felt some did not activate when I selected them.
